Do you want to contribute to building our IT solutions and working project-oriented with solution architecture? Then you might be our new Business Analyst to support our digital journey at ISS Facility Services Denmark.
Drive our solution design amid an IT transformation
ISS is looking for a Business Analyst for our Solution Design team at our offices in Søborg. The key purpose of the role is to drive our solution design projects, conduct business analysis and gather requirements, generally with a pragmatic approach. We are amid a transformation period which affects 6.500 employees at ISS Facility Services Denmark in which you will be part of the IT family and be expected to interact with all parts of the Danish IT department while maintaining a process-oriented focus. The Solution Design team supports a wide range of employees and placemakers in Denmark, while we also construct country-specific IT principles and guidelines in accordance with ISS Group and their Global IT department. Hence, we truly live and breathe our strategy of being OneISS.
You will be assisting the Danish IT department with the goal of “doing things right” which involves building models and templates, settings expectations and steering both internal as well as external customers and colleagues towards better solutions, whether they are built on existing solutions or new ones. Your workday will typically consist of business analysis, documentation, capturing processes and planning the IT initiatives that needs to be implemented, hereby focusing on process workflows and solution design.
You must be aware of new technology trends, mainly through ISS Group’s global initiatives, while ensuring we have great documentation in place surrounding IT solutions. You will be responsible for specific solutions and be a continuous sparring partner, using both your experience and analytical prowess. There will be a strong focus on applications that impact clients and support specific business lines within ISS Denmark.

As our Business Analyst, we imagine that you have the following competencies and experience:
- Recent experience in a technical discipline such as systems developer, business analysis, process/product owner, process development, project management or systems- or solution architecture.
- Experience with roadmaps and plans for future engagements.
- Experience with documenting and gathering of requirements.
- It is considered a plus if you have worked with processes and models to describe them, such as Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), or similar.
Additionally, you are focused on solving critical IT issues and work both practically and pragmatic to achieve this. You are proactive and possess an analytical mindset while working in a structured and process-oriented manner. You are self-driven, curious and thrive in a dynamic, informal working environment filled with continuous development to ensure we as a team produce the best architectural solutions. You have a natural interest in technology and always wishes to see tasks through till the end.
You are a great communicator, both written and orally, within Danish and English and tailor your communication to all organisational levels while always maintaining a positive mindset despite complex challenges.
