The tasks is:
Daily management of employees and coordinating
Preparing of schedules
Daily control of the staff at our clients
Follow up and daily communication with the customer
Quality assurance and training of both new and existing employees, as well as the ability to independently perform cleaning tasks
The employee is expected to be able to motivate and mobilize other staff to improve the quality of the service provided
The position requires that the employee can understand and speak English
